You find happiness where friendly people are at home.
A lovely setting makes happiness perfect.
From my youth, many roads led north, at first by camper van.
Later, with my family and our own sailing yacht, it was “Course North”.
As a graduate business administrator (Diplom-Kauffrau) with a German degree, I qualified in various fields in western Germany.
In addition to a good command of German, I speak English, Swedish and French.

In the 1980s we moved our permanent home from the Rhineland to Scharbeutz on the beautiful Pönitzer See.
Education
Knowledge of marketing and business taxation combined with a love of the Scandinavian countries meant that my interest in the Swedish property market awoke early.
To this were added qualifications in the property business, with a qualification as an IVD real estate agent and as a Dekra-certified expert for residential property.
My academic training and the wide-ranging knowledge I have gained, with the PLUS of my
language skills led to the further development up to the present day.

As early as 1997 we bought our first property in Sweden, at first as a holiday home.
Here in beautiful Värmland we found our second home.
By now our main residence is in the lovely municipality of Gräsmark.
Since 2015 I have specialised in the Swedish property market as an intermediary and mediator.
I maintain excellent contacts with the estate agents in Värmland and beyond in the neighbouring regions. We expanded and once again it was “Course North”
Our 3 houses allow us to be “at home” throughout Värmland and present with a solid
network.

At home with my husband and three sons in beautiful Värmland, Gräsmark.
Live where you can feel the freedom!
I have lived in Sweden with my husband since 2018. Closeness to nature, wide open spaces and a self-determined life drew us here, and we deliberately chose to become a permanent part of this region.
Since then we have established ourselves step by step in Gräsmark and the surrounding area, through founding our companies, renting out properties, working in the fire brigade and volunteering in various sports clubs and boards. As a result, we are firmly rooted in the community and have a reliable, well-established network.
I have always adapted easily to new situations in life, not least thanks to my language skills. Dutch is my mother tongue. I grew up in Germany, speak fluent German and English, and quickly learned Swedish through everyday life and my work in the local ICA shop (ICA-butik) in Gräsmark, including a slight Värmland accent.
With me as your Dutch contact, you get not only professional support in finding your property in Sweden, but also personal first-hand experience: from emigrating to job hunting and dealing with the authorities, through to family life on the ground. I know which questions come up and what really matters.
In 2019 I completed my bachelor's degree in graphic design and then built up my own small company in stationery, lettering, photography and design. Our three sons were also born during this time: our first son in 2020 and our twins in 2022.
Over the years we have built a stable network here and created a life that we value. I look forward to accompanying you on your way to Sweden and to hearing from you!
