Services and prices
You start the journey with us free of charge and without obligation. We are delighted when your viewings go well, and we support you on site with advice and practical help. Once the way to a purchase decision is clear, we work together towards completing the purchase. The seller pays the Swedish estate agent to guide the purchase process through to the land register entry.
Costs for the buyer
The Swedish Lagfart (title registration) is the equivalent of the German notary appointment. No notary
needs to be paid, however.
The buyer pays a fee of 825 kr to the authority for the land registry
entry.
As additional purchase costs, the buyer pays stamp duty of 1.5% of the purchase price.
The property reference on the portals and on the Inga Nord website gives rise to a commission if a purchase goes ahead. It depends on the purchase price (in each case including statutory VAT and the service package):
– up to €200,000: 5.5%
– up to €300,000: 4.5%
– up to €450,000: 4%
– up to €600,000: 3.5%
– over €600,000: 3%
The rate that applies to each property is stated in the listing.
In Sweden, the services of Inga Nord in arranging property sales are subject to
25% VAT.
The service package “Rundum Sorglos - Our service” is available free of charge when you buy properties
from our portfolio (see the flat fee of €2,300 below).
