Commission incl. service package 

The commission becomes due when we introduce you to a property. If that introduction, on the portals or on the Inga Nord website, leads to a purchase, the commission stated in the listing (incl. 25% VAT) is payable on the negotiated purchase price. 

The commission is payable when the purchase contract is concluded.

Support with buying properties outside our portfolio includes

Communication with the Swedish estate agent's office, including submitting a first bid

Translation of the contract documents in substance
