Living area 105 sqm, plot 2,243 sqm

This family villa is ready to move into and promises a good life all year round, with a large, sunny garden - room for children, hens and vegetable beds.

A generous hallway welcomes you, with space for coats. From here the stairs lead up to the upper floor.

To the right of the hallway is the modern kitchen with dining area. You cook in the middle of family life, with a view through the window into the greenery.

The large living room is the cosiest room in the house. The wood-burning stove was newly installed in 2026.

From the living area you step out onto the altan (a raised terrace), partly glazed on the east side - the right spot for morning coffee.

The ground floor also has the modern bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor there is a landing from which three bedrooms lead off.

The largest has its own walk-in wardrobe.

Two further bedrooms offer space for children and teenagers.

The cellar has a hallway, WC, boiler room with its own exit, pantry, food cellar and a large, practical laundry room.

Bidding process

Thanks to the favourable exchange rate, we can currently offer you properties at attractive prices. For popular properties, however, there will be a bidding process after the viewing. The highest bidder usually gets the sale, but the seller alone decides who can buy the property.

Of course, we will also be at your side as advisers here.

The location

The middle Fryken valley

Lysvik and Sunne, with shops, a petrol station and a school, are each a quarter of an hour away. The children can cycle to the bathing spot at Hällsjön in a quarter of an hour.

The blue ribbon of Lake Fryken stretches about 80 kilometres through the legendary landscape of Nils Holgersson. Sweden's most beautiful railway line links Sunne with Karlstad, the capital of Värmland, and with Torsby to the north.

You can reach Karlstad in a good hour, Oslo airport in around 2.5 hours and Gothenburg Landvetter in about 4 hours.
