Thanks to the favourable exchange rate, we can currently offer you properties at attractive prices. For popular properties, however, there will be a bidding process after the viewing. Usually the highest bidder gets the contract, but the seller alone decides who may buy the property.
Of course, we are also on hand to advise you here.
The location
In the Finnskogen
It is about 1 km to the bathing spot on the Kymmen.
Gräsmark, for shopping, is 10 km away. You reach Sunne and Torsby in about 30 to 40 minutes.
North-eastern Värmland is a dream for individualists. The landscape is shaped by the majestic Klarälven, which carries the meltwater from the Norwegian and Swedish mountain regions south to Lake Vänern. Swimming here is pure refreshment, but there are endless forest lakes to discover. Everywhere you can fish, row, pick mushrooms and berries or meet the wildlife of the north.
Here you quite forget that the trunk roads take you quickly to Karlstad or Oslo, and Gothenburg is only 4 hours away too. So there are plenty of ways to land here in the middle of the wilderness within 1 to 4 hours of the ferry or airport.
