Holiday home on Lake Skärgen

Skärgen 40, Munkfors, asking price €50,000 (SEK 550,000)
Living area 40 m², plot 1,388 m²
What a place to breathe! In the middle of the forest, close to Lake Skärgen, lies a small holiday paradise.
An undisturbed, sunny position, with the lake at your feet.
Come on in!
In the living area, the wood-burning stove provides warmth and comfort.
The dining area sits along a long band of windows with views like a framed painting. You look out into the forest and to the lake.
The kitchen is compact and practically equipped.
A glazed garden room adjoins it. A cosy spot for looking across the meadow to the water.
The room has space for sleeping.
Another heated building stands on the plot. It holds a guest room and a room intended for an incinerating toilet. The toilet is on site but not connected; the buyer would need to arrange the connection.
There is also an electrically heated guest house with a glazed veranda, as well as several tool sheds.
Floor plans
Heating is electric, supported by the wood-burning stove. This makes the house usable in winter too.

Bidding process
Thanks to the favourable exchange rate, we can currently offer you properties at attractive prices. For popular properties, however, there will be a bidding process after the viewing. The highest bidder usually gets the deal, but the seller alone decides who may buy the property.
We will of course be on hand to advise you here too.
The location
Eastern Värmland
Lake Skärgen is right nearby. The plot does not include its own shoreline.
It is 26 kilometres to Hagfors with its shops, a good 20 minutes by car. You can reach Karlstad in just under an hour.
Eastern Värmland is a dream for individualists. Everywhere you can fish, row, pick mushrooms and berries, or meet the wildlife of the north.
You quite forget that the main roads take you to Karlstad or Oslo quickly, and Gothenburg is only 4 hours away. So there are plenty of ways to arrive here in the middle of the wilderness within 1 to 4 hours of the ferry or airport.
