Bidding process

Thanks to the favourable exchange rate, we can currently offer you properties at attractive prices. For popular properties, there will be a bidding process after the viewing. The highest bidder usually gets the deal, but the seller alone decides who may buy the property.

Of course, we are also on hand to advise you here.

The location

In eastern Värmland

Storfors, with its shops, is right on your doorstep. Karlstad is a 53-minute drive.

Oslo Gardermoen airport is 3.5 hours away, Gothenburg Landvetter 3.5 hours.

The north-east of Värmland is a dream for individualists. The landscape is shaped by the majestic Klarälven, which carries meltwater from the Norwegian and Swedish mountains south to Lake Vänern. Swimming here is pure refreshment, and there are endless forest lakes to discover. Everywhere you can fish, row, pick mushrooms and berries or meet the wildlife of the north.

You quickly forget that the main roads take you to Karlstad or Oslo in no time, and Gothenburg is only 4 hours away. So there are plenty of ways to arrive here, in the middle of the wilderness, within 1 to 4 hours of the ferry or airport.
